Villa Escudero in Pictures

I am a little lazy in typing the whole story, so let me just show you some pictures from Villa Escudero. Mom and I were just there last Saturday, and I so loved it there. I am so glad I chose to come! Okay, here are the pictures of the place:

The extensive coconut plantation as you enter the Villa

The lobby of the whole villa.

The front desk. They do have nice staff, and they give out refreshing welcome drinks!

The private museum. Yes, it is a church turned into a museum.

The carabao carts that will take you to the resort and back to the lobby. Each cart has a guitarist and a singer to serenade you. So sweet!

The ever famous dining area. What makes this resort one of a kind is that you eat with your feet submerged in the ankle-deep water. Visitors can also take a shower in the falls if they want to.

The coconut pavillon. This is where they hold the cultural shows every Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. This is also a cafe, and coffee here is so delicious!

The "Lawa ng Labasin." Visitors are allowed to use the rafts and paddle in the lagoon.

The pool area. Only visitors with swim wear are allowed to plunge in, but they do have a store where you can buy swim aparrel. If you find the prices a bit expensive, you can wear your underwear instead.

There is a signage by the gates of this building saying it's a residential area and people are not allowed to enter. I guess the owner of the villa resides here.

The full story of our experience and more pictures next time. I will just have to resize the pictures and gather my thoughts to type the words.

By the way, the whole villa extends to four towns - I forgot the exact figure but it has been said that the whole villa is about a thousand hectares. A whole day of stay here is a bit expensive, but in my opinion it was worth it.
